Meet Kinga!
Kinga started playing piano at age 4 and graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Music summa cum laude in 2023. With 6 years of teaching experience, they bring a young, energetic, and well-rounded perspective to music education.
Their teaching philosophy is simple: students should have fun, learn deeply, and stay curious. While piano is the main focus of their lessons, Kinga’s experience teaching voice, drums, and music production allows them to bring different aspects of musicianship into the classroom. They love connecting piano, theory, ear training, creativity, and real-world music-making so students can understand not just what they are playing, but why it works.
Kinga also believes that music is a powerful way to build confidence. They create a supportive, low-pressure environment where students can grow at their own pace, while encouraging them to set personal goals: whether that means performing at a seminar, playing at an event, composing their own music, or simply becoming more comfortable sharing their playing with others. Their goal is for every student to leave lessons not only as a better pianist, but as a more confident, curious, and creative musician.
